Sie werden dann notwendig, wenn ein Zahn vollst\u00e4ndig (also einschlie\u00dflich der Wurzel) entfernt werden muss. Anders als wenn nur der sichtbare Teil der Z\u00e4hne besch\u00e4digt ist, muss in diesen F\u00e4llen ein Ersatz f\u00fcr die Zahnwurzel in den Kieferknochen eingesetzt werden. Implantate werden aus verschiedenen Materialien angefertigt. Am weitesten verbreitet sind aus Titan gefertigte Zahnimplantate, aber auch L\u00f6sungen aus keramischem Material sind verf\u00fcgbar.<br \/>\nZahnimplantate bestehen in der Regel aus zwei Teilen. Nur etwa ein Prozent der erwachsenen Deutschen ist kariesfrei. Umso wichtiger ist es, Kariesbefall so fr\u00fch wie m\u00f6glich zu erkennen und zu behandeln. Wir empfehlen unseren Patientinnen und Patienten daher, mindestens einmal im Jahr zur prophylaktischen Vorsorgeuntersuchung zu kommen. So k\u00f6nnen kari\u00f6se Stellen fr\u00fchzeitig identifiziert und beseitigt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Auff\u00fcllen gesch\u00e4digter Z\u00e4hne setzen wir auf moderne F\u00fcllungstherapien und verwenden vor allem Keramik und Composite-Kunststoff-F\u00fcllungen an.
